This course offers a fascinating look at Yoga's rich history, awesome benefits, and cool practices—all while seated (perfect course to take while traveling, relaxing or just unwinding from the day). This is not a “physical fitness or exercise” course, but it does includes invitations to participate in meditation and breathing exercises. No poses or physical exercises will be offered, but learners will hear information about poses. You'll explore four engaging videos featuring colorful visual presentations and interactive opportunities to practice breath work and meditation. Whether you're at home or on the go, get ready to embark on an exciting journey that connects ancient wisdom with modern fun. Discover the magic of yoga and how it can make you feel strong, calm, and happy! ***************** Course includes: • Instructional VIDEOS • Reflection Questions (PDF) • Guided Meditation + Breath work Video ***************** My teaching style is informed by my training in Vinyasa Yoga. I believe that Yoga is a dynamic practice that offers many benefits and ways of engaging with the practices. As a Yoga Educator I strive to empower young learners and teens while also helping to expand their understanding of Yoga's roots and many practices. ****************** Learners can expect high quality course materials; in addition to my work as an educator, I have a professional background in video production and graphic design.
