This class will be a chock full of fun and movement. Kids will learn how yoga can build and tone your muscles, move your body to the music. .Each class will start with the basic yoga poses such as mountain pose, down dog cat,cow and many more. I will teach how young ones can increase your muscle strength ,and help build strong bones and keep your body flexible. Class will move in a flow as we connect breath to movement as taught in Vinyasa yoga. In this class, We will also do numerous...

Parent please be advised, as with any exercise routine this class may pose potential hazards. An open workout space will be needed, a yoga mat or non-slid surface and drinking water if needed. Parents should be aware that injuries that can occur if not properly supervised .
