30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
After introduction of learners, we will learn how to make a calming item and the class will will learn new breathing techniques to calm ourselves. We will place a gem in a real water fountain and learn about water and its calming properties. Then we will start learning our series of yoga poses based on the theme of: Thanksgiving, Bohdi Day, Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanzaa. Watching and copycatting the instructor is how we will learn! We will review and pick our favorite breath and pose. Towards the end of class, we will place a stuffed animal on our tummy and a bandana or scarf over our eyes and we will relax and listen to a calming meditation in savasana.
