1 hour per week. Each lesson will provide minimal homework to help reinforce the lesson or provide additional practice for the student. Learners may receive handouts and supportive tools for practice.Assessment

Beginner Level
This ongoing class will give learners the opportunity to properly review, practice new material, vocabulary and pronunciation on a weekly basis. Classes will be fun and interactive to suit the students' learning style. Some learners may require more repetition of key vocabulary or more practice of key elements like ABC's and numbers. The learner will be encouraged to use the vocabulary they do know in full sentences with teacher support and encouragement. My teaching style is supportive, fun loving, encouraging The goal for this class is to spark an interest in French at an early age and have fun with learning a new language. ***For learners outside of the age range, please contact me directly*** - 45 minute class options are also available by request - Some slots may be available for two learners in a class as per slot availability. I 've taught consistently on the Outschool platform since 2020 with my primary focus on French instruction for all levels. I offer 1:1 classes, group class learning with Immersive French and conversational classes. Teaching French is what I love to do and I will bring warmth, enthusiasm and fun to the classroom with an opportunity for students to interact, learn and feel comfortable as we learn.

I've taught well over 3,500 English & French classes. My path to French started in kindergarten as a child in French Immersion. I eventually pursued my Honours Bachelor's degree in French Studies and Communications. I have spoken French for over 25 years. I am fully bilingual and have tutored all ages -- from children to adults. I also hold my TESOL certification.
My experience is varied and allows me to bring well-rounded perspective from sports and fitness, hospitality, broadcast media, non-profit and healthcare. I will bring this perspective to my lessons to help students apply and learn new things.
