Year-Long Math Tutoring

In this ongoing course, your student will receive one-to-one individualized support to help them develop a deeper understanding of reading or math concepts and strategies currently being taught in school. I will work with your child at their level to help them find the different problem-solving strategies that they understand best and create mathematical arguments that allow them to explain their thinking and how they solved their problem.

Since this class is ongoing, your student can join for tutoring support at any time. Each class will reflect the current academic needs of your student. 

In this fun and uplifting class, mistakes are allowed, questions are encouraged, and effort is celebrated. My goal is to help your child gain confidence in math and reading and give them the tools necessary to succeed in each subject. 

I ask that parents send a message regarding additional mathematical topics their child is struggling with at least 24 hours in advance so I can curate a custom learning plan for each student.
