The end of the year is the perfect time to celebrate accomplishments, look at lessons learned, and set powerful, intrinsically motivated goals. Let's get together this holiday season to slow down and journal about our year. Students will be taken through guided prompts to consider the accomplishments they are most proud of, what they learned, what future accomplishments they are most excited about, as well as what systems they need in place to accomplish their goals. ~Students will own their past academic and extracurricular accomplishments. ~Students will set academic and extracurricular goals for next year. ~Student will practice their growth mindset by examining the steps it took to achieve previous goals and brainstorm initial steps towards future goals.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
