In these 4 private sessions, I will work with each student one-on-one to reinforce their public speaking skills and learn the basics of argument formation. I am comfortable working with students of all ages.

Description

Class Experience

In these 4 private sessions, students will learn to evaluate and develop well-organized arguments, and effectively communicate their views in a public forum.  

Students will learn essential note-taking skills as well as speech skills in these sessions. Students will learn to write clear and persuasive introductions and conclusions. Clearly articulating a position, and developing their confidence along the way.

We will draft tight arguments, and focus on clarity, tone, eye contact, posture,...

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
