Description

Class Experience

We will talk about art forms and show that art isn't as difficult as you would think. With just lines, patterns, and use of color your child will create a masterpiece.
I have been teaching for 17 years, I have a passion for music and art and love to teach it to beginning students. Music and art opens so many possibilities and art is so easy to do if you have the write tools of shapes. You can learn something one day and be able to use it right away. I teach PreK-5th grade general music and art, This includes learning art and music history and basic knowledge to build upon.
Treasure Map Supplies: *Manilla or white Paper *Pencil and eraser or Marker (Which ever you prefer) *Crayons to color plus a brown naked crayon (without the paper on it, this is used for rubbing). *The last thing you need is a type of texture (I use a mesh bag that my onions come in, but you can use the floor tile, bubble wrap, side walk, a table, anything that doesn't have a smooth surface).
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
