Class Experience

In this class, learn the history of WWE wrestling figures from LJN in the 1980s to current Mattel Elite figures. Then, let's put them into action in a stop motion animation video.

Through discussion and slides, learners will get more knowledge of each brand of wrestling figures, how they were created, what made each one different and will even see some old figures from the teacher's childhood.

Learners should bring their favorite wrestling figures, accessories and a ring.

For the stop motion animation part of class, learners will need the Stop Motion Studio app on a smartphone or tablet. The free version of the app is sufficient enough for this class. For more features, you may purchase the pro version for $4.99. A stand for your device is also strongly recommended.

At the conclusion of and throughout the class, learners will have the opportunity to show their videos and figure collections.
