Writing Workshop: Interactive Fictional Writing for 2nd & 3rd Graders

In this 4 week class learners will learn to write fictional stories through writing workshop. Learners will engage in the writing process through planning, and revising their writing pieces.

Class Experience

Through writing workshop learners will craft fictional stories. This course will engage learners by using a large amount of visual anchor charts along with teacher modeling and peer discussion. The writing workshop model includes a mini-lesson, independent student writing time, and time to share writing pieces.
