In this course, students will learn how to become descriptive and confident writers while improving their understanding of vocabulary words.
Class Experience
We will start each class with a short writing warm up. The teacher will provide a prompt, based on the students' interest. Students will have the opportunity to share their writing with their peers. After our writing practice, we will do a vocabulary activity to build our knowledge of different words. We will focus on three to four new words per session. Students will be introduced to the word, asked to write the word, and discuss how to use it in a sentence. Students will have the...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
