Hi! Welcome to my Classroom. My name is Teacher Meg and I have 7 years of experience as a public school teacher. If your child can decode CVC words.....such as cat, dog, mad: then this class is for them! Each week, we will review 2-3 sight words and practice writing sentences using a capital letter and proper punctuation. Our sentences will include the 2-3 sight words we learned as well as CVC words. I will give students time to try each sentence on their own before going over the correct way to write the sentence as a whole group. Each class will follow the same format to build routine/familiarity with writing sentences.

Students can choose to bring their own handwriting paper or use the provided paper for each class.
