Learners will generate ideas, talk about their ideas, write in their journal, and share their wonderful writing in class.
I am a certified teacher and I have been teaching for over 25 years. I was a reading specialist for my district where we often taught reading and writing together.
Students can finish their journal or their illustrations at home.
Learners will need paper and a pencil. They may also need an eraser. I will attach an interlined paper in the classroom introduction message that you can download if you would like.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could please ensure your child has paper and a pencil before class begins so they do not lose out on the learning time by having to look for them.
