Description

Class Experience

This one-time class combines students' love of cats and Christmas with developing writing skills. Many students do not like planning and writing paragraphs, but they will have fun writing this narrative paragraph; it won’t seem like work! 

Guided by an experienced and certified English teacher who also loves cats, students will take a creative approach to this structured paragraph and write from a cat's perspective about watching its first Christmas tree get decorated.

The class will start...

Write a structured narrative paragraph from the point of view of a cat.

I am a certified and experienced English teacher who loves cats!

Students can send me their paragraphs for feedback and/or write a good copy of their paragraph if they would like.

I will provide feedback during the class and am happy to provide feedback for students who would like to send me their paragraphs.

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
