This camp is being offered so that students may attain an important skill set in developing an effective thesis statement and overall coherent writing abilities. Writing skills go a long way, in both the academic world and the professional world. As a middle-school writing teacher, I have experience in training students to develop a multi-paragraph essay with a strong emphasis on constructing an effective thesis statement, which is the foundation of the essay. In addition, I have an extensive background as a life-long writer, having content in short stories, news articles, plays, poetry, research papers, and more. With my array of expertise, I offer a unique perspective to students as they engage in the writing process.
