Students will learn how to write stories about themselves, enjoy telling their story, making a personal narrative. The students will learn how to put together the use of a paragraph with their own thoughts, we will look at a photo and tell something about it. Using words like first, middle, and last the time order words. That tell about the order in which things happen. Which help the writer keep track of the events they are writing about. Time Order. Students will learn the basics steps in how to write a story on their own. Students will learn how to use time order words in their writing.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulty or help for logging on to the zoom. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
