Every student can write a college admission essay that is engaging, coherent, and flawless. By the end of the course, your college essay(s) will be finished, polished, and ready for submission!
I have nearly 20 years of experience as a high school Language Arts teacher; I have taught students of all high school ages as well as all learning styles and needs. I also have more than 10 years of experience as a one-to-one tutor focusing on writing, test prep (ACT, SAT, PSAT, etc.), and reading comprehension. I've taught on the college level as well.
Homework Offered
Between sessions, students will submit agreed-upon drafts (e.g., a reworked paragraph, a strong closing, effective transitions, etc.).1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
