Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
This class is tailored especially for the learner. Strenghths will be built upon and needs supported. Writer's needs often include: -forming complete sentences -expanding ideas with prepositional or adverbial phrases -combining simple sentences to make compound or complex sentences -using topic sentences to guide paragraph creation -developing fluency by writing first drafts -revising drafts for clarity, voice, and coherence -editing drafts for grammar and usage -adding appropriate transitions to connect ideas between sentences or paragraphs This is not an all inclusive list.
10 years of classroom experience Bachelor of Education Master of Education Reading Specialist EC-12 English Language Arts and ESL Certification
No homework is planned for this course. Learner may need to finish a writing from class to be prepared for the next week.
