Description
Class Experience
Engage in functional communication by verbally expressing experiences with theme. Engage in handwriting skills through play. Learn, practice, review uppercase letter formation. Learn, practice, review lowercase letter formation. Understand the importance of line boundaries when writing. Understand proper positioning of paper when writing. Understand proper positioning of pencil when writing.
10 minutes of daily handwriting practice are suggested. Additional handwriting material provided in the classroom shortly after class.
4 files available upon enrollmentPencil, with eraser Colored pencils (erasable preferred) Primary lined papers (printouts posted in class)
Learners will receive ongoing instruction and helpful prompting to address handwriting samples during class.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
