During weeks 1-4, students will learn about narrative writing. They will read and analyze examples of narrative writing. They will write, workshop, and edit their own Character Sketch, Autobiographical Incident, and Short Story.

Homework will consist of writing and editing the current writing assignment.
1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Assessment will consist of informal observation of discussion and writing assignments. All assessments will take place in class except for the writing assignments which will be partially written outside of class.
Grades Offered
Grades offered upon request.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
