Emails make first impressions! Whether reaching out to teachers, applying for jobs, or communicating professionally, knowing how to write a clear, polished email is essential. This hands-on course builds confidence in email writing with practical skills, real-world application, and personalized feedback.

 Topics Covered:
• The parts of an email: Subject line, salutation, body, closing, and signature.
• Understanding the purpose and audience for an email.
• Formal vs. informal emails: When and how to use each.
Activity: Learners write two emails—one to a teacher and one to a friend—adjusting tone and formality.

Week 2: Crafting Clear and Effective Emails
 Topics Covered:
• Writing concise and purposeful messages.
• Avoiding common mistakes: Typos, unclear language, and overly casual tone.
• Adding attachments, links, and using signatures correctly.
Activity: Respond to a given email scenario (e.g., following up on a question) with a clear and professional reply.

Lesson 3:
Week 3: Advanced Email Etiquette
 Topics Covered:
• Handling challenging email scenarios 
• CC, BCC, and group email etiquette.
• Writing polite follow-ups without sounding pushy.
Activity: Draft a follow-up email for a delayed response or missed deadline.
**Homework**: Write and send a formal email to someone (e.g., a teacher, professional, or organization) asking a question with a high probability of being answered. The email should demonstrate professionalism, clarity, and respect.

Week 4: Final Review and Practical Application
 Topics Covered:
• Reviewing emails for clarity, tone, and grammar.
• Tips for responding professionally and efficiently to received emails.
• Discussing challenges and solutions from the homework assignment.
Activity: Learners present their homework email, discuss the response they received (if any), and reflect on what worked or could be improved.
