Let's write a letter to Santa! Join me as I teach the class the five parts of a friendly letter using fun movements! I will cover how to write a letter and what should be included. After learning the five parts of the letter, we will discuss how to politely start the letter to Santa. We will begin by greeting and thanking him for what he has done for us in the past. In the body of the letter, students will write what they want for Christmas and why this is important to them. I will guide students with correct spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. We will also learn how to properly address the envelope to the North Pole. (Students can write their personal address after class with parents. We will not share personal information in class.) I will teach this class using engaging Google Slides and through movements. My teaching style is fun, interactive, and enthusiastic! Learners will be able to interact with each other through discussions and sharing of ideas throughout the whole class. No knowledge is required. If students need their letters to be edited further after class is over, they can send me a photo of it in the Outschool classroom for additional support before mailing it to the North Pole!
