Nothing gets you more in the Christmas Spirit than baking! In this class, students will bake a deliciously beautiful Red Velvet Cake alongside the teacher. The cake, as well as the icing, will be make completely from scratch! Students will learn valuable baking skills, such as the proper way to measure ingredients, mixing, preparing pans, and oven safety. Students will learn basic kitchen skills, such as using an oven, preparing pans for baking, and how to properly measure ingredients. Students will also learn a recipe for Red Velvet Cake.

Homework Offered
The students will be responsible for frosting their cake after it has cooled completely. The teacher will provide a How To video on frosting a cake. Then, your homework is to eat! (:Assessments Offered
