"Would You Like To Be a Speleologist?"

In this one hour course, learners will read an informational passage about caves, cave formations and speleologists. They will create a planning page and will use that to write an opinion essay.

Class Experience

Students will improve their reading and writing skills as they explore cave formations, insects & animals that live within caves, and what it means to be a speleologist.
Homework will not be assigned.
Learners will need something to write with, such as a pen or pencil, as well as a notebook.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
