Class Experience

I am a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where I received my BA in communication with a triple minor in English, history and writing. I hold a valid California single subject teaching credential in English, with a supplementary credential in social studies. Additionally, I have extensive experience learning and teaching about the Holocaust, and have even had the opportunity to meet and speak with a Holocaust survivor in person.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
WWII and the events surrounding it are very heavy and sensitive issues. We will be discussing the various battles and events that took place during WWII (including the Holocaust), though information and photographs will be presented in an age-appropriate way. This class is intended for upper elementary and middle school students.
