Get ready to embark on a delicious journey as we explore the flavors, traditions, and cuisine of a different country each week! From Mexico to Japan, Italy to India, we'll dive into the vibrant cultures and mouthwatering dishes that make each place unique. Each week we will make dish (typically 4-6 servings) from one country. Students will learn cooking techniques, discover new ingredients, and create scrumptious dishes that will tickle your taste buds. At least 5 days before class, I...
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class students will use a stove, oven, knives, and other cooking tools as needed. At least 5 days before class, I will post the ingredient and supplies list. You are welcome to modify any of the recipes to accommodate your dietary needs.
