World Geography: Full Semester Course (Part 2 Of 2)

Welcome world explorers!
This class covers an entire semester of geography (with emphasis on human geography). Students will learn about human systems and their connections to the physical world.

Lessons will involve an interactive slideshow presentation with questions and opportunities for students to express their opinions. My teaching style is engaging and interactive. I like to foster inquiry-based learning habits by encouraging students to ask questions and actively participate in their learning. There will be optional readings, videos, and activities to complete outside of class to encourage independent exploration of the week's topic. Whenever possible, we will play a review game before class ends.

Where applicable, lessons present an objective view of the facts and historical sources related to people and places. It does not focus on or go in-depth into the cultural aspects of specific groups.
