Each week, learners will complete an activity together in class as we explore our wonderful world together. They will also be given a factfile page to print off which can gradually build up into an encyclopaedia of geographical knowledge as well as a sticker to celebrate what they have learnt that lesson. Additionally, there is an optional extra activity that can be completed at home to consolidate their learning.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
The geographical information from the course will be sourced from books that present a factual view without any bias and are used in many schools all over the world. The key sources are: - Geography of the World (DK Eyewitness Companion Guide) - DK Findout! Earth - The Usborne Book of World Geography
