Ready to go on a fun trip? In this class, we will travel to Japan, learn some fun facts and then spend the rest of the class making our craft. You will find the list of materials for the craft under the "supply list" tab. I think it's important that children learn about the world around them. It helps them understand and appreciate others. I am a certified elementary school teacher and have taught social studies every year. I have backpacked through many countries around the world. This has given me the chance to really learn about and appreciate each one of them. I research every country heavily before teaching the class. I also use my contacts from around the world as references.
For this class, you will need: - glue - construction paper (any colour) - markers - pink, purple, and white tissue paper (the kind we use for gifts) Or - pink, purple, and white paint or markers
