Description
Class Experience
In this class students will learn about the history, playing technique, and common rhythms of various percussion instruments such as the djembe, congas, pandeiro, and steel pan. Students will learn to clap or play some simple rhythms that are commonly played on some of the instruments presented.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
