Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to learn different exercises using their stuffed animals and share the exercises they’ve learned with their friends or family.
- I am currently a K-8 physical education teacher. - Received my Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a NASM Certified Personal Training certificate. - Received my Masters of Arts in Elementary Teaching with a K-12 PE endorsement
- Students should have a water bottle nearby during breaks or at any time when students need to take sips of water during their workout. - Proper footwear - Comfortable athletic wear
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents should be nearby for safety precautions during the workout. Students should also be in an open and clear space during workouts.
