Students will workout while moving like Sonic the Hedgehog. This is a fun and exciting way to get the kids to move and exercise.
Class Experience
Do you like Sonic? Do you like to move? Do you want to work out? Well this is the class for you! In this ongoing course students will join Sonic throughout various levels while running, jumping, and performing other movements similar to the famous blue hedgehog. Every class will feature a different level in which the student will pretend to go through iconic levels defeating Eggman's robots until they reach the boss level and battle Dr. Eggman himself. Safety: Please make sure your children have open space (no potential slip hazards), stretch before class, have proper footwear (sneakers), and a water bottle. Even though the students will be simulating walking, running, and swimming movements they should be staying in the same area/room.
