Class Experience

This class student will be learning motor skills, Cognitive skills, spatial awareness.
 Week one:  Stretch, Workout
Week two:  Stretch, Workout
Week three:  Stretch, Workout
Week Four:  Stretch, Workout
Week Five: Stretch, Workout
Students each week will do a 30 minute workout and proper stretch routine. This class will be an active participation for students.
Each class is a fun exercise, and workout class that student's can benefit from, including Cardio Workouts. Be Ready to move and learn about Exercise, and Fitness
Learning Goals
In this Class students will participate in a active moving activity doing different types of Stretch, Exercise skills, workout with light hand weights (2 lb) or full water bottles will do. Each week we will do a thirty minute workout session that will get student's moving. Workouts can be fun and will help your body develop and stay in shape.
Each class will begin with a proper stretch routine for relaxed muscles to perform your Workout. 
Students will get water breaks during rest periods of class.

Parental Guidance
Students will be actively participating. Water breaks will be given. Equipment used but not required: Jump Rope Cones Hula Hoop
Supply List
Equipment not required for this class, but we will be having Jump Rope, Hula Hoop Workouts. Students who do not have equipment can use their imagination and "air Jump Rope/Hula Hoop"
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
