Description
Class Experience
Personal trainer and youth sports performance coach since 2013. Teacher of fire safety to elementary and middle school students as a firefighter since 2016.
Comfortable clothes for a workout and athletic shoes. There will be a break between the workouts, so have water nearby. Space around the participants so they can move around freely.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners are encouraged to stretch prior to class. I will be monitoring the learners during the workout portion to make sure they are doing the exercises correctly. The workout is designed to be short, fun, and not overly strenuous. However, learners are encouraged to take a break if they feel they need to and parents are welcome to supervise their learners during the workout.
