Class Experience

Students will learn they do not need special equipment to workout. They will also learn the benefits of working out when they don't have much time.
I earned my B.S. in Exercise Physiology in the Spring of 2017. I have coached early-childhood track and field club for 3 years now.
Appropriate workout attire (including footwear), water, and space to move around!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please let me know prior to class time if your student has any medical conditions or current injuries so we can discuss if anything may prohibit them from performing certain exercises. Exercises modifications will be demonstrated when necessary and I will be watching students' form during the workout.
