Description
Class Experience
Workout and Movement 2 is a continuation of Workout and Movement 1, where we continue our fitness journey with more challenging exercises. This class is catered towards those who want to build the strength and muscles needed to excel in sports, as well as for those who simply want to get in shape/increase physical activity, or need a PE class! Students will improve their physical fitness while learning how to properly, and safely exercise.
As a gymnastics coach for 10 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love bringing the joy of movement and exercise to all my students!
A weekly assignment will be provided for learners to continue building strength, confidence, and physical endurance outside of class! While not required, students are encouraged to post videos or pictures of this in our classroom page to show off their accomplishments.
Learners should maintain sufficient space for exercise, free of any dangerous tables, corners, ledges, or other items. If practicing on a hard floor, a yoga mat or soft surface is needed for increased safety, and comfortability. Students should also bring a water bottle for proper hydration.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
As safety is of upmost importance in this class, parental guidance is highly recommended. If not properly supervised, the student risks sustaining injury during exercise.
