Whether you're looking to build strength for sports, simply get in shape, or need a PE class, this class is for you! This class includes workout variations to meet each student's current physical abilities, and requires no workout equipment

Class experience

Students will improve their physical fitness while learning how to properly, and safely exercise.
As a gymnastics coach for 10 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love bringing the joy of movement and exercise to all my students!
Learners should maintain sufficient space for exercise, free of any dangerous tables, corners, ledges, or other items. If practicing on a hard floor, a yoga mat or soft surface is needed for increased safety, and comfortability. 

Students should also bring a water bottle for proper hydration.
As safety is of upmost importance in this class, parental guidance is highly recommended. If not properly supervised, the student risks sustaining injury during exercise.
