Students will work together and with me to figure out the Wordle puzzle of the day from The New York Times. The Wordle puzzle will be projected from our Zoom meeting and learners will have the opportunity to ask questions, chat, think, and rationalize about the correct solution. While we guess our words, incorrect words will be defined and we will practice usage in a written sentence and orally. To improve the recognition and knowledge of vocabulary words for use in everyday reading, writing, and speech. How to recognize Digraphs (2 word pairs) and how they are important to know when reading and writing. To be able to learn a word definition and quickly use it in a sentence and integrate it into everyday use. Teamwork and logical thinking skills.
