Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6
Beginner Level
Students will work together and with me to figure out the Wordle puzzle of the day from
The New York Times.

The Wordle puzzle will be projected from our Zoom meeting and learners will have the opportunity to ask questions, chat, think, and rationalize about the correct solution.

While we guess our words, incorrect words will be defined and we will practice usage in a written sentence and orally.

When and if the correct five letter word is figured out by the group, we will also define it and use it in a sentence (written and verbally).

In my classes, I take a communicative approach to learning. I strive to meet your student where they are in their learning journey and support them from there. Whether it is a 1-day class or a 5-week class, the attention I give to your learner (and you) is personalized.

At the beginning of each class, I take a few moments to get to know each student (and you if you are present), then proceed to tell learners about class rules. Mostly - raise your hand, respect others and yourself, if you need to take a break - just let me know, and to have fun!
