For this class, I will lead students through a guided drawing of a famous owl named "Hedwig". We will be giving the snowy owl an update by using bright, neon highlighters to color in its feathers. The owl will also be holding a special delivery for its owner. Emphasis will be placed on understanding overlapping, using line patterns to show texture as well as using neon, highlighter markers to overlap and blend the colors to create new colors. This is an awesome drawing lesson for animal fans.
