In this escape room format class, learners become students at Wizard Academy for the annual Yule Ball competing with their classmates to be the first to solve the puzzles and find the Yule gifts.
Class experience
In this fun social/arts class, learners will put their creativity and problem solving skills to practice as they complete challenges from Wizard Academy Professors in the areas of: Transfiguration Arithmancy Potions Herbology Care of Magical Creatures Charms and Spells Learners are encouraged to attend the session in their most formal Yule Ball Attire and bring their own beverages and treats (wizard themed appetizer ideas will be included in the classroom, but learners are encouraged to...
Learners will use craft skills for the Transfiguration and magical creatures challenge, Math and logic for the Arithmancy Challenge, detective skills for the potions challenge, knowledgeable of plants for herbology, and trivia of magic in the books and movies for charms and Spells.
A complete list will be provided in the classroom. Basic materials include: Playdough or air dry clay Paper and pencil, marker, or crayons Ability to toggle between tabs on their device
