Class Experience
This is a one-time, 40-minute live class on goal-setting and how reaching goals helps to build our confidence. We will begin by discussing the difference between wishes and goals. This will lead into a discussion about goal-setting: short-term and long-term goals. We will also talk about being realistic and how reaching short-term goals builds toward our long-term goals. Students will be given an opportunity to identify, write, and share their goals. Finally, we will discuss how reaching our...

Homework is not required. We will work on goal writing during the class. If a student would like to share their goals with me after class, I would love to see them, but it is not required.
Please bring a piece of paper and a pencil to class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
