Class experience
This is a one-time, 40-minute live class on goal-setting and how reaching goals helps to build our confidence. We will begin by discussing the difference between wishes and goals. This will lead into a discussion about goal-setting: short-term and long-term goals. We will also talk about being realistic and how reaching short-term goals builds toward our long-term goals.
