Description
Class Experience
Students will move their bodies in different patterns to grow and stretch their muscles. Students will learn winter vocabulary and see winter pictures.
I have been a preschool and kindergarten teacher in my career. I have also been a special educator and am an aspiring yoga teacher. I am currently studying for my RYT 200. I am a certified Mindfulness Preschool Teacher. I am very familiar with children and how to speak their language in a fun way. I love to sing and dance and play with young kids to help them grow into their best selves.
I will share the yoga resources with you if you would like to play with your children in the future. Please advise these yoga cards are my original work and cannot be copied or sold.
Please have space to move, water to drink and a smile!
Assessment is based on student engagement. As long as children try and have some fun, that is a great learning party.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please advise this is a movement based class. Have space to move, water and appropriate footwear. You know your child best so please supervise as necessary. Outschool and I are not responsible for any injuries.
