Welcome to Winter Wonderland! In this 4 week class, students will understand why it snows and will learn interesting facts about snowflakes. They will learn about different types of snowstorms. Markers/colored pencils/wax crayons Construction paper White paper Paint and paintbrush Cotton balls/tissue/toilet paper Paper plate (optional) Breakdown of supplies by week: Week 1: white paper, pencil and eraser, scissors Week 2: paper plate (or white paper), brown construction paper, cotton balls/tissue/toilet paper, pencil, markers. Week 3: paint (any colors) and paintbrush, black construction paper, pencil, scissors. Week 4: Brown construction paper, white construction paper, scissors, glue, markers, 1 cotton ball (or pompom.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
