Socialization while painting
Art Gallery presentation
The class will be structured as a step-by-step demonstration with socialization encouraged throughout each class.
I will teach by utilizing a step-by-step demonstration while encouraging learners to add their details to their paintings.
My teaching style is informal and relaxed. I will encourage the campers/students to be creative throughout the class.
The learners will be encouraged to interact with each other as well as with me throughout each session. Questions about what the students like/dislike will be asked to begin the socialization conversations between members of the class. Students will be encouraged to think of questions they would like to find out about the other members of the camp as well.
There is no previous knowledge needed for this class.

Learning Goals

Students will learn to paint different holiday paintings during each class by using shapes and lines. The students will be encouraged to be creative and add their own creative touches to the paintings as well. The lessons will not build on each other.
The topics of conversation, as well as additional details, will be learner-directed. The lessons will not build upon each other from class to class as we will create a different holiday-themed painting each day.
