I will write a brief note to the student after class.Class Experience
We will paint a gentle winter lake reflection. Students will learn how watercolors can softly blend together. We discuss how to create a background and foreground. Students will learn how to load their brushes properly to achieve just the right combination of paint and water. They will be able to choose their own colors for the background. I like to give just enough instruction to guide their painting while leaving room for them to express their own creativity. We will play with the paint all while learning a little color theory at the same time.
Learning Goals
Students will learn to create a reflection in the water while creating this winter scene.
