Winter Themed Math Escape Room: Find Frosty's Friends! (Ages 6 - 8)
In this one time class, students will search the village to find Frosty's Snowman friends, then work together to solve 1st and 2nd grade word problems to complete the riddle and gather the snowmen up for Frosty's Winter Party.

This one time Winter themed class will challenge students to solve a variety of math problems, using an escape room format. Students will work together to find Frosty's friends for a Winter Party. They must find all of the toys and decode the word in 30 minutes. Math problems are at first and second grade level and involve a variety of concepts, including addition, subtraction, data, time, and money. Students will be encouraged to interact with peers to solve the problems; teacher will ask guiding questions and offer possible strategies if the group is stuck.
