Class Experience
Students will learn how to complete STEM tasks that relate to a winter theme.
Abominable Snowman Fortress • 1 Styrofoam cup • 45 toothpicks • 30 mini-marshmallows Sticky Ice Experiment • String • 3 bowls • Salt • Water Exploding Snowman Experiment • Sandwich Bag • Permanent Markers • Baking soda (3 teaspoons) • White Vinegar (1-2 cups) • Paper towel Create a snowstorm in a jar • Mason Jar (16 oz) • Water (1 cup) • Glitter • Baby oil • White paint • Alka seltzer • Stir Stick • Blue food coloring (optional)
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
