Have fun while learning with Miss Sarah! We will learn a letter and number of the day, while singing and having fun together. No experience needed! Students will learn a letter and number of the day while singing, moving, and creating a winter-themed craft. Class Structure: Welcome and Introductions Welcome Songs and Games: "Open, Shut Them," and "Scarves in Your Lap" Coloring Craft incorporating the Letter and Number of the Day Winter Themed Game: "North Pole Freeze Dance" Goodbye Song: "We All Clap Hands Together" "Miss Sarah" has been teaching dance to preschoolers for over 25 years, and believes that music and movement are an important part of learning. She is also a certified preschool teacher, and mother to her own 3- and 4-year old daughters.
Learning Goals
Students will learn a letter and number of the day while singing, moving, and creating a winter-themed craft. A coloring print-out will be used in the class, and available in the class room to print at home before the class meets. Learners will need crayons or markers at home, and a piece of fabric to use as a "scarf."
