I'm a passionate & enthusiastic educator + content creator with ~ 10 years of experience teaching kids from ages 3 and up! I am the Founder of Dance with Miss Priya and my mission is to instill love for the performing arts, inspire confidence, nurture creativity, and cultivate cultural awareness through the power of movement in a vibrant and encouraging environment for children of all backgrounds. I wish to spread the joy of Indian Dance to kids of various ages & diverse learner needs. I am trained in an Indian classical dance form "Bharatanatyam" and I'm excited to bring my authentic knowledge on the various genres of Bollywood Dance to learners on Outschool! I was born & raised in a small town in Rajasthan, India and started dancing when I was 3! I currently live in Chicago, United States. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil. My past professional experience includes running a dance + culture kids program in after-school programs + dance studios, performing & Interacting with multicultural audiences all over Chicago.
