Winter Art Camp: How to Draw & Watercolor Paint Mythical Creatures

In this four-day camp, students will be guided through drawing and watercolor painting mythical creatures! Each day, students will be taught how to create a different creature, including: a unicorn, a gnome, a mermaid cat and a dragon!

Description

Class Experience

Each day, students will be guided through a step-by-step directed drawing of a mythical creature. Once our creature has been completed, students will watercolor paint their project. During the painting portion of the lesson, students will be provided the instruction to utilize different painting techniques while being encouraged to add their own creative details. No drawing or painting experience necessary. All learners are welcome to join this winter camp with fun, relaxing, and engaging...

Watercolor paints 
Cup of water
A paint brush
Paper towel 
A Sharpie or black marker (no washable markers please)
Oil pastels or crayons
White watercolor paper - Preferable but not required :) or thick white paper

3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
